Its a youtube ... Its a youtube channel...PrankVSPrank, its? about a couple and they prank each other...they also make daily vlogs on their BfVSGf channel, and in some of their vlogs they did some of these tricks...that's why some people write "PVP SAAAN!!!" and "SAAAN" is just a phrase that guy on those channels uses...

The rush to get House Bill 1322, the Meredith Emerson Privacy Act, through the Georgia General Assembly is completely understandable. It's difficult to criticize state Rep. Jill Chambers, R-Atlanta, House Speaker David Ralston, R-Blue Ridge, and other lawmakers for quickly bringing their power as elected officials to bear to keep crime scene photos of the lifeless, decapitated body of murdered 24-year-old hiker Meredith Emerson out of the hands of a reporter working for a pornographic magazine.

ATLANTA — A true-crime author has requested crime-scene photos of the nude, decapitated body of University of Georgia graduate Meredith Emerson on behalf of Hustler magazine, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is refusing to comply while the House rushes through a law to block the release of similar photos.
